Shipping/Return Information

All domestic ground orders are shipped through the usps (United States Postal Service), 3-5 business days.

Shipping charges are based on weight, destination and invoice total.

However, Me-Or-Hair.com is now offering:
FREE USPS Shipping on all orders above $80.00 - shipped within the 48 contiguous states.

Orders below $80.00 will be charged a flat rate of $8.00 - for USPS  shipping (3-5 business days).

Also available for extra charges: ups , 2-days and over night (Illinois). 

All items shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto-Rico and military destination are shipped using the usps (United States Postal Service) for an extra charge.

We do not ship to p.o. boxes.

Shipping outside the u.s.a. uses international rates.

Note: international order:
International packages may be subject to customs inspections, and may be held at customs for as long as 30 days.
We are unable to locate these orders until the end of the 30 days, due to postal service guidelines.
International orders are subject to customs inspection, and\or fees. We can not be held responsible for these actions or reimbursement of any fees if products are returned.

It will take 2-3 business days to process your order, If an item you selected is not in stock, we will contact you by e-mail.

Once you’ve placed an order we will confirm it and send you a quote including shipping and handling by e-mail.
Once we receive your approval, the order will be shipped.

Delivery time does not include Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays.

Return Policy

100% customer satisfaction is our goal. We are committed to delivering high-quality products to you. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with the products you receive, you can return non-sale items (*** All sale items are final sale and can not be returned.*** ) within the 2 weeks of purchase for an exchange, store credit or refund. We do not refund the initial shipping charges and you are responsible for the shipping cost of any returned item. 

There are no additional restocking fees, however, you are responsible for any shipping charges of the return items.

Products for return should be unused and in its original condition and in the original packaging.

To return or exchange, please follow the instructions below:

1) Please contact our customer service at 773-747-2489 for a return authorization code. You will need to write this return authorization code  with the reason for the return items. Also, please don’t forget to include your original invoice in the return package. All returned merchandise should be fully insured and delivery confirmation requested since we are not responsible for any missing merchandise.
